This website has been created to publish my work in progress on the Welsh writer and political activist D. J. Williams (1885-1970) whose name is often associated with two place names: Rhydcymerau in north Carmarthenshire where he was brought up, and Abergwaun (Fishguard) where he lived and worked (as a schoolteacher) for the best part of his life. My intention is to publish a comprehensive critical biography (in Welsh) but some English spinoffs will appear on these pages.
